NEW IPHONE APP TAKES GUESSWORK OUT OF TAKING FITNESS SUPPLEMENTS

“mySupplements App Helps Users Track and Reach Their Training Goals”

Alexandria, Virginia — The first I-Phone application to provide customized information on the best nutritional supplement program to follow to maximize athletic training is now available worldwide through iTunes.

The mySupplements application creates a recommended nutrition supplement program based upon the users personal physical data, intensity of daily activity, and training objectives. mySupplements gives users detailed descriptions of each supplement the application recommends, the proper dosage, and the most efficient timing of supplement consumption based upon the users own unique personal profile. mySupplements will also suggest the proper nutrient ratios and grams of carbohydrates, protein, and fat intake to consume depending upon the users desired training goals and daily activity level.

“mySupplements takes the guesswork out of what supplements to take, how much to take, and when to take them,” said Rob Kreider, founder of RK Bodies, Inc, and a successful personal trainer and bodybuilder, and creator of the first-of-its-kind iPhone application for athletes. “Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, endurance training performance, or to gain weight, mySupplements will recommend and track the best supplements to take pre-workout, intra-workout, and post-workout depending the type of training you are doing each day, be it weight training, cardiovascular training, or endurance training.”

“There are so many different supplements on the market promising so many different things, it can be overwhelming for the average person to understand what they should be taking to reach their specific goals,” Kreider added. “mySupplements solves that problem by suggesting the best products to use, and when to use then, based upon your gender, weight, height, activity level, and training type, all in the palm of your hand.”

Kreider drew upon his two decades of bodybuilding and fitness work to develop the application so that both the novice trainee and the competitive athlete would benefit. The user enters their physical information, such as body weight and measurements, their training level, and their performance goals. mySupplements then determines the most effective nutritional supplemental program to support the users training objective, be it muscle building or fat loss.
